Who we are
Meridian Business Support is a leading national recruitment agency with a rich legacy spanning over 30 years in the recruitment industry. Our extensive network of branches provides temporary, permanent and contract hiring solutions. Meridian provides over 4,000 temporary staff per week and places over 1,200 permanent candidates a year.
With over 200 staff and teams across the UK, Meridian is at the forefront, making a difference in recruitment.
We fill over 200,000 bookings every year, successfully supplying to over 1,500 companies - driving organisational growth and individual success.
Our Story
Since our inception in 1989, Meridian Business Support has been on a relentless mission to match exceptional talent with outstanding companies. We understand that every company is unique, and each candidate has their own aspirations.
In 2021, Meridian successfully completed a Management Buyout and appointed 11 new shareholders from Meridian’s Senior Leadership Team. The completion of this deal led Meridian’s new owners to invite an additional 100 of its team to become share option holders. With no external stakeholders, Meridian's future is now in the hands of those who made it the success it is today.
